With more than 30 years of executive experience in the technology field, I have had the privilege of working at several Fortune 500 companies across various industries. The journey has allowed me to understand what effective leadership entails and the challenges that can impede success. Coaching has always been a part of my leadership practice, and after observing successful impact and deep transformations and their long lasting impacts borne out of coaching, I established my practice and obtained my certification from the Berkeley Executive Coaching Institute.
